Refunds / Exchanges
Our driver will present the cake to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, cake message, additional items, etc. Once you or a designated party has received the order and signed for it, it is considered “accepted” Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, or general design will not be honored after delivery is “accepted”.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once they are delivered. We are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile, and damage can happen if not handled properly. Refunds will only be given in accordance with our refund policies stated below.

Cake flavors and textures are subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been “accepted” will not be honored. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.

We will happily refund you if:
You find the cake is damaged or incorrect, please advise our driver before signing for the delivery. You will have the option of having the cake replaced as soon as possible or you may choose to have your order refunded. Should the cake be incorrect, and you choose to keep it we will refund the difference if your original cake was of higher value.

***We do not give refunds under any other circumstances.



Cancellation / Changes
Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted until 12pm the day prior to the scheduled delivery day. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order if cancelled on the day of delivery



Guarantee / Disclaimer
Our cakes are handmade so some slight variations on the advertised image may occur, however we will try to provide the cake as close to the advertised image as possible.
